Go to Account > Settings
Configure Account
Username – this is the username for your account used to log in.
Password – this features a button that allows you to reset your password
Contact First & Last Name – Your first and last contact name for the account.
Contact Email(s) – The main email used to send notifications to as well as the password recovery.
Requests to reset your password or login information will be sent to all the contact emails listed.
Website – Your website. (not required)
Time Zone – this is the time zone used for your account when scheduling your email to send.
Company Info
Company Name – Your company name which will appear as your from email address name.

Country – Your country location.
Address, City, State, and Zip – Your company physical address. This will appear in the standard footer of your emails
Phone – Your company Phone number.
Fax – Your company Fax number.
Business Category– Your business type.
Description – Provide a short description of your business.
Optional Contact Fields
Use these data fields to collect additional information on your email contacts.
Use Public to display these fields in your public facing sign up forms including member profile.
Use Private to hide these fields in your public facing sign up forms.

Dashboard View
Select the style of Dashboard Basic or Advanced
Clickthrough Tracking
Select Email Link Tracking On or Off for email address links only.
Alternate Credentials
Select Create New Credentials to add an alternate login to your account. This will let you share the account with others without compromising the security of your account. There is no limit to the number of Alternate Credentials you can make.
You have the ability to turn off contact exporting, as well as hiding email addresses for alternate credentials. Simply check the appropriate boxes when creating a new credential for your account
Upload Logo
Upload Logo 1, Logo 2 or Forms Social Share Logo image file by selecting the “Browse” button and then the “Upload” Button.
Logo 1 is used on all of your public facing contact forms such as the Seamless Contact Signup Form, and Standard Sign Up Form Link.
Logo 2 can be used as a merge tag for sending emails. For example You can create an image of your signature and include it in your email campaigns.
The Forms Social Share Logo is used specifically for Facebook and other social media outlets that require a square logo.

- Add Key – Select here to generate an API Key.
- Active Keys – Shows Active API Keys you have previously generated.
View Password Grant Log
View your API requests, this can be particularly helpful when troubleshooting API integration and programming.
Edit Label
Change the label used to reference this API key.
- Active Keyes- Shows current API Keys
- Expired Keys – Shows Expired API Keys you have previously generated.
In most cases, you’ll need a programmer to assist with API integration. If you don’t have a programmer available, please contact us for support.
Authenticated Domains
Email Authentication helps your deliverability considerably.
Authenticate Domain – Select here to authenticate the domain of any of your verified From email addresses. Before clicking “authenticate” you must add the proper CNAME records to your DNS

Test Drafts Log
It may take up to five minutes for a test draft to appear in the log.
See a raw SMTP log of email drafts sent, this can help when troubleshooting why you may not have received a draft email sending. If you see “250 OK” in the log entry that means that the email was received and you should look into all email folders, including your SPAM email folder. If you see the word FAILED near the beginning of the log entry, this means the email was not delivered. Logs are only for the last seven days. Dates shown are Pacific Time.
